Last week London hosted Oracle OpenWorld Europe 2020. From 12-13 February, Neos team joined inspired and passionate Oracle partners at the London ExCeL, sharing ideas, achievements and success stories.
During his Solution Keynote, Davorin Capan talked about the mindset evolution in IT regarding Cloud usage. He explained how are currently at a tipping point where companies are struggling to manage and contain costs.
He continued with a demonstration of CloudVane, solution for Multicloud cost management created upon FinOps principles of Information, Optimization and Operation.
We attended not one, but two partner tracks during OOW Europe. Multicloud partner track was held on Wednesday, 12 February. The track provided many insights and best practices. Neos CEO Davorin Capan closed the event with his CloudVane pitch, assisted by Dean Mišić, Cloud Architect, who presented the product demo.
On Thursday Dean joined the Autonomous partner track panel, where he shared how NEOS takes advantages facilitated by world’s first autonomous database, Oracle Autonomous Database. Use of Autonomous simplifies development and enables customer to focus on data instantaneously with fast onboarding times with minimal management and in-depth protection at all levels.
