Athens held 2 significant forums Oracle Analytics Forum and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure & Systems Partner Community Forum – EMEA.

Lets start with one day event filled with lots of speakers, demo sessions and discussions – Oracle Analytics Forum 2018.

It had 2 track of sessions, tech track followed with Oracle vision, Big Data Strategy and how to use analytics test drive to showcase OAC. The other track was business with Michael Connaughton (Head of EMEA Analytics & Big Data at Oracle) speaking about what are key market trends in EMEA and business drivers in Analytics & Big Data. Also, session that followed Connaugton was about Analytics for SaaS – journey to Cloud with Sanjay Sinha (Vice President, Platform Products at Oracle) and worth to mention is definitely Roadmap to cloud: how to migrate your solutions, use of Oracle cloud Trial accounts and GSE demo environment. Neos attended in large number with Davorin Capan (CEO), Mario Mrljić (CTO), Mark Arbanas (BI Consultant), Tomislav Kralj (Delivery Manager) and Slaven Mistrić (Consultant). Our Neos team most definitely took this opportunity to learn even more about Oracle Big data, Analytics and Machine Learning. This will help Neos to better understand Oracle’s strategy for Oracle Big data, Analytics and Machine Learning.

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure & Systems Partner Community Forum – EMEA, is second event organized by Oracle in Athens in the same week and it lasted for 2 days. 2 days split to technology and sales  track with key speakers. Event that we continually attend and that is well established within Oracle partners, so it is something were we as Oracle platinum partner must be. Davorin Capan and Tomislav Kralj attended this Forum. Since we work very hard on Oracle Cloud path and recently our work has been recognized by Oracle when they awarded us with prize Partner of the Year, Customer Advocacy.

This event was also the opportunity for us to share our experience with other partners and learn more about how to build the right infrastructure for customers starting from first step of optimizing  customers on-premise infrastructure then moving their production to Oracle Cloud. As mentioned several time Cloud is right now main topic among IT industry. We are all working and trying to lead our customers to take cloud path as its own and to explore all the leading features of the Cloud. But most importantly is to emphasis our effort to transform customers business to cloud so that they can take advantage of all benefits that Oracle Cloud and Neos Cloud Solution  have to offer.
