(Zagreb, 13 October 2022) – Neos, company specialized in technologically advanced IT solutions, is taking ownership of the Zagreb-based company Inovativni trendovi
Earlier this year, Neos and SV Group joined forces with a view to strengthening their position on the market. The acquisition of the IT company Inovativni trendovi d.o.o. continues the process of consolidating and creating even stronger synergy on the path to regional leadership in the IT sector.
This brings the number of employees of the Prosperus Technology Group platform under the umbrella of the Prosperus Growth Fund to 150, primarily highly educated software engineers.
“This acquisition is a natural sequence of corporate association started with SV Group”, said Davorin Capan, member of the Management Board and CEO of Neos and SV Group. “Back in May, we announced new acquisitions, and this is the first of them. By joining of the Java/Kafka experts of the company Inovativni trendovi, we are strengthening our Software Engineering department and ensuring close cooperation on upcoming projects.”
