Neos Expands Local Presence, Opens Office in Osijek

Neos takes the next step in its business expansion by opening its first office outside of Zagreb. Situated right in the heart of Osijek, the new office marks an exciting new chapter in Neos’ growth strategy.

The decision to establish an office in Osijek reflects Neos’ commitment to supporting the growth and development of IT talents in the region. By extending their presence to Osijek, Neos aims to tap into the potential of local professionals and create new opportunities for collaboration and innovation.

“We are glad that Neos is expanding beyond its headquarters in Zagreb. Considering the acquisition of the company Inovativni Trendovi at the end of 2022, it was a logical step for us to open an office in this vibrant city,” said Ivana Hatvalić-Poljak, President of the Neos Management Board, during the official opening ceremony of the Osijek office.

Neos, currently employing a workforce of 150 employees, is eager to reinforce its presence in Osijek.

“Our wish is to provide opportunities for young people studying and graduating in Osijek to build their careers locally rather than feeling compelled to relocate to Zagreb or other distant locations. The IT scene in Osijek is thriving, and we recognized its potential, which is one of the main reasons why we chose to establish a presence in Slavonia,” emphasized Dražen Marković, member of the Neos Management Board.

With the opening of its new office in Osijek, Neos is set to foster collaboration, drive technological advancements, and contribute to the growth of the local IT ecosystem.
