Neos has achieved Oracle Cloud Managed Service Provider expertise, further strengthening its Oracle capability in managed cloud services.
This expertise matters because it recognises more than implementation capability alone. It reflects the ability to support Oracle cloud environments beyond the initial project phase – into ongoing service delivery, operational support and long-term responsibility once the environment is live.
For customers, that is relevant in a practical way. The challenge in cloud services rarely ends at go-live. What follows is the harder part – maintaining continuity, support quality and day-to-day operational accountability over time. Oracle Cloud Managed Service Provider expertise adds a stronger signal that this capability is being built in a structured way.
For Neos, the new expertise strengthens an area that has been steadily developed alongside its broader Oracle practice. The company continues to invest in Oracle capabilities across cloud, infrastructure, delivery, applications, data and industry solutions, while expanding the service model needed to support customers over the longer term.
“This matters to us because it reflects the direction we have been building for years,” said Davorin Capan, CEO of Neos. “After more than two decades in the Oracle ecosystem, we still believe the real work is in continuing to grow, raising the standard and finding new ways to bring more value to clients. Oracle Cloud Managed Service Provider expertise is an important step in that direction.”
The new expertise also extends across Neos operations in Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, supported by a managed services team already working with clients in the Adria region.
With this recognition, Neos adds another important Oracle expertise to its portfolio and further strengthens the managed services side of its Oracle offering.
