Solution for pension fund services management successfully implemented in AZ Pension Fund

Project included development of specific solution for pension fund services management, and has enabled unification of business support for both pillars (for liable and for voluntary pension funds).

To achieve unified user interface and data layer for both fund types, custom application for services management was developed and implemented during this project. Unification of existing master-data from both systems was prepared and carried out during the project implementation phase, and also both systems were brought to same technology level.

Main business processes which were supported under pension fund services are:

– member administration and management,
– member payment administration,
– Sales force administration and management, with compensation accounting.

Each of mentioned processes consists of range of sub-processes, which were highly automated through the developed application.

Besides mentioned transactional application segments, complementary CRM functionalities were added:

– regular member e-mail reporting,
– regular and on-demand member SMS reporting,
– member web application interface customization, for personal account tracking,
– reporting system.

Technology platform that new system is based on is:

– Oracle 10g Enterprise Edition database,
– Oracle 10g AS Enterprise Edition (application server).

Application solution was developed with Forms and Reports development tools from Oracle iDS 10g (internet Developer Suite).
It took 5 ing/months to finish the project, which has set up the platform for further business improvements – development of advanced reporting and Business Intelligence, advanced CRM functionalities etc.
