Second (and last) phase of the Data Warehouse project for Macedonian Telecom has successfully finished, whereby production usage of the system has started. Second phase of the DW implementation has covered importing and consolidation of data from heterogeneous data sources.
DW implemented in second phase uses diverse IT system as data sources, which include internally developed systems (CRM system, technical equipment catalogue?) and IT systems from different outsourcing companies (Avaya Call Center, SS7 from Perfomance Tehnology, ? ). Those systems operate on different database systems, including MYSQL, MS SQL Server and Oracle.
Data Warehouse was built with Oracle Warehouse Builder 10.2.0.2, and implemented on Oracle 10.2.0.3 database
