Invitation to share knowledge with young people is something NEOS always happily accepts. It was no different this time, when vibrant student organization eStudent invited us to take part in their Starter conference, which gathers best Croatian employers with future work force.
Main goal of this conference is to expose students to wide-range of careers in different industries, and to give them a chance to present themselves to representatives of some of best Croatian companies. Also, this is a unique opportunity for students to hear first-hand what are skills and qualities that todays’ employers are searching for. Our CEO Davorin Capan presented NEOS in his speech, our company fields of work, and particular expertise we are looking for in our future employees. Since complete and competitive workforce is one of the keystones of our companies’ future, Mr. Capan also underlined growth of business intelligence and big data industries as well as benefits that our industries have to offer to their future employees. After giving keynote, Mr. Capan participated in round-table discussion with other representatives of some of the best Croatian companies.
Starter conference ends on December 19 and in eleven days it will gather hundreds of students from different universities.
