Another HrOUG (Croatian Oracle User Group) conference is behind us, and now traditional participant and presentation growth has been continued. NEOS has also contributed to this – we’ve held lectures, workshop and demogrounds. Our users have also been present, and Croatia Osiguranje (major Croatian insurance company) presented a Managemet information portal which was developed for them.
Besides our lectures and meetings with frends and business partners, this year we also contributed with help in organizational activities. Mr. Capan, as a moderator for “Collaboration solutions and corporate portals” group had unenviable task in lecturers organizing and time coordination. We have also prepared several PCs for demogrounds activities.
Considering our main assignments, Mr. Davorin Capan held pesentation about “Extending functionalities of Oracle Collaboration Suite”, and demogrounds with similar name were held last day of the conference. Mr. Mario Mrljic has held a workshop named “Buliding of Java Portlet components”. Mr. Filip Ujevic of Croatia Osiguranje held a presentation named “Corporate portal development” which, after general introduction and lecture part, contained live Portal presentation by connectiong to NEOS development server in Zagreb.
