HT Group is the leading provider of telecommunications services in Croatia, providing fixed and mobile telephony services, wholesale, internet and data services.

The main activities of Hrvatski Telekom d.d. and its subsidiaries are: the provision of electronic communications services and the design and construction of electronic communications networks in the Republic of Croatia. In addition to fixed telephony services (access and traffic of fixed telephony services and additional fixed network services), the Group also provides Internet, IPTV and ICT services, data transmission services (line rental, Metro-Ethernet, IP / MPLS, ATM) and mobile telephone network services GSM, UMTS and LTE.

CHALLENGES & GOALS

HT, as the largest and oldest provider of telecommunications services in Croatia, had a great legacy of users in landline services. T-Mobile also had a large base of mobile users. When they merged into one company, there were two separate applications which made it difficult for the sales staff to keep track of all the services the customer had. This made it difficult to sell new services, especially convergent services (mobile and fixed bundled together).

SOLUTION

OSF is an application that allows 360 user views with one click. It combines user information from source systems (mobile, landline, ICT), SAP (bills, debts), sales opportunities, recommendation notification for customer. OSF is becoming a central sales application that successfully integrates applications for receiving mobile and landline applications

ABOVE IT ALL

Although OSF was designed as a central sales application, it eventually became a central place for all HT employees who work with customers ( customer support, technicians, KAM’s …)
