Oracle Day 2015, a global series of high-profile events that take place in 32 cities across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, stopped by Belgrade at the end of March to present the latest trends in Oracle technology and celebrate Oracle’s strong presence on the Serbian market. This year, NEOS was acting as a technology partner of the conference.

Since Cloud, Big Data, and Mobile are transforming the modern business environment, as well as presenting new challenges and tremendous opportunities, this year Oracle Day events are organized under the headline – Make Digital Disruption an Opportunity for Innovation. The event in Belgrade therefore offered the delegates the opportunity to explore how these technologies can change their businesses, and to learn how to take control of their enterprises’ IT future from Oracle experts.
Borrowing heavily from the success of Oracle’s customers, the Oracle Day event in Belgrade offered participants a powerful combination of business and technology focused tracks, all dedicated to one goal: showing the attendees how the convergence of Cloud, Big Data and Mobile can change IT into a force that drives business innovation.

The Oracle Day event in Belgrade welcomed more than 400 attendees, and its keynote speakers were Duncan Harvey, Head of Core Technology, Oracle Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA); Michael Ramchand, Platforms Technical Director, Platform Architecture Group, Oracle Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA), and Cesare Capobianco, Vice President, Business Applications, Oracle Russia, CIS, Turkey and Central Asia.

This year, NEOS acted as a technology partner of the Belgrade conference. We created and maintained the conference website, mobile web, as well as the admin area for maintaining content, the definition of the agenda, and registration tracking. In addition, NEOS developed and implemented an iPad application for registering participants in the fast lane.
