This event, organized by Neos, started with introduction and welcoming session of CEO Davorin Capan.
After that Oracle guest speakers Boris Vrabec, Sebastian Grotto and Morana Butković shared with event attendees all new updates related to following topics:
- The Journey to the Mix: Private Cloud, Public Cloud and Edge
- Simple way to provide Private Cloud from IaaS to X-as-a-service bringing IT Departements to become Cloud Brokers
- Oracle Exadata Database Machine X8 and Zero Data Loss Recovery Appliance X8
Interesting facts were presented on event, such as that business today is demanding something more, that is more agility, simplicity, more cost-effectiveness and to be easier to manage.
Following this facts, it was introduced to attendees how Oracle Private Cloud Appliance is different offering cost-optimization, intelligent and agile infrastructure, unitified and simplified management and cloud ready.
After a short break, second part of the event started with interesting case studies on examples of A1 and its replatforming project and ZABA and their Exadata optimization upgrade. Shortly after that Tatjana Barančić from Astra presented a topic on Hardware or Cloud as a Service.
Event ended successfully and in a good mood and sessions which were presented on event provided excellent examples on advantages of Oracle Exadata and Cloud Infrastructure.
