For over 4 years now Neos has been constantly providing consultancy services to Privredna banka Zagreb relating to analysis, design and implementation of data warehouse as a central reporting system. The system itself represents a relatively complex unit with more than ten different original systems based on diverse technology platforms and more than 300 daily ETL processes.
The project began in early fall 2005 and in the meantime several different stages were successfully completed relating to: risk management (Basel 2, other RM project, liquidity (ALM & Liquidity), regulatory reporting (Croatian National Bank) and reporting for Intesa Sanpaolo (external reporting), CRM systems for sale and marketing support (credit scoring, sales support, ...), MIS (FTP, OPS, ...) and in general increase of efficiency in the field of reporting.
The idea of the entire DW project is constant system upgrade in increments according to the needs defined by the users.

Launching of the DW/BI project within the Hypo Alpe Adria Group as the largest leasing company in Croatia is a logical answer to increase of the number of customers and services, which has resulted in the need for a more quality and timely reporting as basis for decision-making.
Neos d.o.o. was selected as the best bidder of consultancy and implementation services relating to modelling and implementation of the data warehouse.
The primary project goal is a higher-quality reporting with data regarding leasing operation, customer and supplier relations, financial data from the general ledger and timely access to various key performance indicators (KPI) and more complex user ad-hoc analyses.
The project began in mid 2009 and was divided in 4 stages relating to: contract and customer analysis, purchaser and supplier relations, debt maturity and various financial and operative success key indicators.
Data source is Oracle eBusiness Suite and the data warehouse will contain the data from Hypo leasing companies from Croatia, Bulgaria and Macedonia.

|  | | | | AZfond is the largest pension fund in Croatia, with more than 500.000 active members and more than 30.000.000 system transactions. During the years of cooperation with AZfond several projects were realised, the most important ones being: - Project of development, building and implementation of the management system for pension funds payables – in which the project for management of pension fund II column payables and II column open and closed funds was designed and implemented.
- Date warehouse and business intelligence project – has provided consolidated data for dynamic reporting of medium- and high-level management and a tool for additional analyses and support for sales management.
- The web application project for members of II and III column funds – mojfond.azfond.hr – was implemented as a modern application for reporting to fund members. Each AZfond member can access it directly (mojfond.azfond.hr) or through the AZfond public site (www.azfond.hr) using its user number and password

|  | | | | Makedonski Telekomunikacii is the national telecommunication operator of Macedonia, that offers a large number of telecommunication services related to voice and data transfer. The data warehouse implementation was conducted in two stages. In the first stage the standard Neos solution was implemented for automation and monitoring of ETL processes, as well as the data warehouse, based on the OneView HP model and serves as foundation for various analyses in the following fields: customer segmentation and analysis, payment collection, traffic, use of web capacities, work orders and other indications interesting in the telecommunications industry. The underlying source is Geneva – information system by Convergys, in charge of cost calculation and payment collection for traffic realised in the telecommunications system, and InterconnecT system by Intec is in charge of cost calculation and payment collection for traffic realised between different telecommunications systems. The second stage has included loading and consolidation of data from various sources of different suppliers and technology platforms (MYSQL, MS SQL Server and Oracle).

At the beginning of the year the Croatian Institute for Health Insurance launched the first stage of building of the central reporting system. Neos consultants have been involved in analysis, modelling and implementation of the data warehouse related to financial indicators. The system allows for tracing and ad-hoc analysis of any of the balance sheet items of the Institute such as: payables to partners, income and expenses structure according to a number of criteria, analysis of relations with suppliers, debts etc.

|  | | | | Croatia osiguranje d.d. is the largest insurance company in Croatia.
The Management Board reporting portal has been developed and implemented in collaboration with Oracle Hrvatska. It included the stages of analysis, preparation, development and implementation of the internal portal for reporting to the company management. The system is based on Oracle Portals as the solution framework and a large number of Java portlet extensions. The solution uses MS AD in order to allow a single system authorisation at the computer logon, which facilitated easy inclusion of the solution into the business system of Croatia osiguranje.
The system has been used in production since summer 2004 with about 150 active users.

The Law Firm Žurić i Partneri is one of our first customers and beginning of our cooperation reaching back into 2002. It started with a small application for lawyers while today the system Case for Documentum has been implemented into the Law Firm Žurić i Partneri, that has included and integrated structured and unstructured (documents and other contents) business data through a uniform interface. This provides to users simple handling of large amounts of data and documents, whose retrieval is the main business difficulty of law firms.
We have also successfully solved the problem of following the life span of the large number of documents that undergo internal processing with time being a critical element.
Also we have been present in the Law Firm Žurić i Partneri as system integrators from the beginning of our cooperation. We have implemented the entire information system infrastructure, including a local email system, local Blackberry system and Case for Documentum infrastructure – Oracle database, Oracle WebLogic application server (previously BEA), and the Documentum system by EMC2.

During the years of cooperation NEOS has adjusted its ERP package to the needs and functions of the mint and production of registration plates and has implemented certain modules specific to the business of HNZ.
Business functions covered with the user: production and material accounting, warehousing, retail, POS cash register, wholesale, dealership, financial accounting, central cash register, fixed assets, B2B module for internet ordering and tracing of orders (for contractual users) and web shop with direct link to the product catalogue and warehouse.

|  | | | | Sitronics Telecom Solutions project has been realised for Strom Telekom (former company name) relating to a specialised module as part of the original Strom-developed application enabling analyses of large amount of data. For the purposes of transaction application certain methods were used that are originally used for data warehouse (DW) with certain modules also developed for that specific purposes. The module is intended for by users of STROM Telecom solutions, e.g. several mobile telecommunications companies in Belarus and Russia.

The application is used for on-line collection of data and creation of bills of lading directly from the sample warehouse using wireless manual terminals, thus the customers no longer have to wait for preparation of documents, securing on-line view of available product quantities at the moment of their selection from the sample warehouse.
