During the Grand Ceremony held at the end of March at the Croatian States Archives in Zagreb, the Golden Index Awards were handed out to companies who have contributed the most to the student community in Croatia during 2014.
The goal of the Golden Index project is to increase the quality of education in the Republic of Croatia by connecting the academic community and business subjects. Encouraging companies to get involved as much as possible in the lives of students creates a number of opportunities for both the students and the businesses. They can both promote themselves and their work! Building a positive image of a company in a student population gives companies the opportunity to attract students of quality who in the future might become the main capital of their business.
This year there was a record number of nominees for Golden Index – 56 companies in all vied for the prestigious award. Students all over Croatia voted on the recipients of the 10 awards in five categories. NEOS took part in this worthy project with great pleasure and earned the title of student friend.
„The Golden Index is a great initiative that puts the best Croatian companies in touch with the most diligent and the most ambitious students. NEOS is always happy to take part in quality student projects, such as the Mozgalo project, so we got involved with Golden Index without hesitation. The acknowledgement of the student community is a big honor for us because these are the people with whom we intend to build our future,“ Davorin Capan, a member of the Management Board of NEOS said.
